Thank you all for your interest in participating in the Ghana literacy volunteer trip! Enclosed in this memo are a few pieces of information along with some upcoming dates that are important:

· The first of the 4 pre-departure team meetings will be held via Skype at 7:00 pm (Central Time Zone):- this meeting will be an opportunity for Q&A related to the logistics, tentative itinerary, timelines, estimate of costs - I will need to know if you are planning on attending this meeting so that I can set up the Skype call with you.
If you are planning on attending this meeting contact Kathy Stutzman at kastutzm@smig.net with your Skype address and to confirm meeting attendance. Please remember that the 4 pre-departure meetings are required if you are planning on participating on the ground in Ghana in January.
